Calling the front desk explaining our disappointment and asked if they’d allow us to use one of the other pools and we were told no. We’re not big gamblers, we come here for the pool mostly. It was busy there and we didn’t want to waste anytime because our kids were excited to swim however the pool was closed.

Those days are gone as the condition of our room was terrible. Loved borgata for over a decade, it was always so clean, great attention to detail and friendly customer service.
